Orders with Raynor Door Sales can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the original order date in order to receive a full refund. Once 24 hours has passed, Raynor Door Sales is unable to refund an order in full. Any related fees such as processing, restock, or production will apply and be charged, depending on the order’s stage prior to cancellation.
Because garage doors are a custom product made-to-order, all sales are final. Once the garage door has been delivered to its destination, it cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect. Raynor Door Sales will not accept any returns that are a result of improper handling after the product has been delivered, improper structural issues on the structure of the home, or in the case of improper measuring by the Purchaser. No deposit refunds will be issued on canceled orders of special order items once the product has been ordered from the manufacturer.
