 To Our Valued Customers:

Raynor provides an essential service to our nation's buildings.  As individuals, families, and communities around our nation face challenges and uncertainty caused by the spread of COVID-19, our mission has never been more important. During this unprecedented time, we are working with our customers to provide access to homes and businesses.

Raynor will remain open for business effective Monday, April 6th 2020.  Garage doors, high performance doors, rolling doors, and similar doors, along with operators provide essential access and egress to our nation’s buildings and facilities. As a garage door service provider, we are a part of the essential services workforce.  As stated on page six of the most recent Pennsylvania list of life-sustaining businesses, Governor Tom Wolf has included our services under the category of Repair and Maintenance, “Personal and Household Goods Repair and Maintenance” as companies exempt from the shelter in place policy.

With regards to our offices and showroom, we will no longer keep our office open for customer orders and pick-ups. To place orders or request service visit us online at and complete a request form, or call us at (570) 822-9510

We will follow the steps below during this time:

  • Employees will not be required to collect customer signatures. Customers will be sent documents electronically to collect signatures.

  • We are currently restricting customer visits and pickups at our facility. Customers will be encouraged to order by phone or online.

  • Service requests will be reviewed for urgency and accepted according to PA Governor Wolf’s directive for essential and life-sustaining services.

  • We ask that all customers call ahead for pickups and stay in their vehicles while being loaded, so that our employees can keep a safe distance.

 To Our Employees:

We are following guidance from the CDC to drive our decisions related to the virus:

  • Distancing will be implemented at our facility. Employees are advised to keep a reasonable distance between one another. Exercise social distancing throughout the day. As much as it is possible, keep at least six feet away from others.

  • Face masks and gloves will be provided to employees who are interacting with customers.

  • Hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes will be provided to all staff. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • We recommend that all employees check their temperatures every morning before eating or drinking anything. If an employee determines they have been exposed to COVID‑19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice. We have partnered with the following urgent care center to assist our employees:

    • Ultra Care Urgent & Family Care located at
      511 Pierce Street, Kingston, PA 18704  T:(570) 714-3333

  • Wash after leaving a building and returning. Wash after lunch and after going to the grocery store or pumping gas. Outside of quarantine washing hands is the single biggest deterrent to the spread of the coronavirus.

  • Continue wiping down frequently touched surfaces, such as workstations, countertops and doorknobs.

  • Service Technicians will be required to wipe down vehicle areas (steering wheel and dashboard) that are frequently used at the end of each shift.

We thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we get through this together.
